FAQs

Do I have to register to attend?

All are welcome! This is a family-friendly festival and kirtan is open to devotees, friends and anyone who feels inspired or curious about kirtan and community.

Registering early is a show of support for the festival and it allows us to plan for prasadam (meals) and safely accommodate everyone accordingly.

Walk-in meals will be $19.99 at the door.

Can I register my child(ren) even if I am not attending?

Children under 18 must be registered with a parent or guardian, in accordance with ISKCON Dallas policy.

My child is under 5. Do I still need to register them?

While your child’s registration is free, we ask that you still register them so that we can prepare for prasadam (meals) and capacity thresholds.

Do I need to arrange my own transportation if I get the Hotel + Prasadam bundle?

No need — we’ll take care of you! The Hotel + Prasadam Bundle includes airport transport and  a courtesy shuttle that runs between the hotel and the temple at pre-arranged times each day.

Please note: this is a scheduled group shuttle, not a personal chauffeur service. We encourage guests to plan their travel around the arranged times to ensure a smooth and peaceful journey.

What is the refund policy?

We understand that sometimes plans change. Cancellations before Dec 1, 2025 receive a full refund (minus 3% processing fee).

After that, a credit (as a promo code) will be applied toward next year’s festival.

When is the Pushpa Abhisheka (flower festival)?

The Pushpa Abhisheka (flower festival) of Sri Sri Radha Kalachandji will be on January 1, 2026 — beginning at noon. You are encouraged to arrive earlier as the temple room fills up quickly.
